Updated Vaccine Requirements for NJ State Capitol Complex

New protocols have been published for those seeking entry to the State Capitol Complex in Trenton. If you’re planning on attending a public committee hearing, voting session, or have other business at the State Capitol Complex, you’ll be required to show proof that you’re fully vaccinated, or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours. You’ll also be required to wear a mask in all public areas, regardless of vaccination status. These rules apply throughout the State Capitol Complex, including the Legislative Statehouse, the Statehouse Annex Building, and the Legislative Staff Building.

The new protocols take effect on December 1, 2021. You’ll find full details at this link: https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/JMC%20Rules.pdf
